Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
❌ Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized products (since they are made just for you).

Clearance or final sale items.

Gift cards.
🔄 Refund Process

Email us at support@metalskullapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

After inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
