At Metal Skull Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how refunds work:

✅ Eligibility

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products (since they are made just for you).

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards.

🔄 Refund Process

  1. Email us at support@metalskullapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once we approve your return, we’ll provide instructions for sending it back.

  3. After inspection, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

⚠️ Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
